Promotional offer: up to 15% off

  • The "up to 15% off" offer is part of our 28-day pricing promotion.
  • During your design consultation, we provide a promotional price. That price is held for 28 days from the date of the consultation.
  • The discount of up to 15% is calculated off our 1-year price for your project.
  • The actual discount depends on your project's design and scope, and may be less than 15%.
  • After 28 days, the promotional price expires and current pricing applies.
  • The offer cannot be combined with other offers, has no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting prices already issued.

Consultations and estimates

Consultations, designs, renderings and estimates are provided for planning purposes. They are not a binding contract. Every project is evaluated individually based on the property, design and local requirements.

Contracts

Work begins only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement defines scope, price, payment schedule, timeline and any warranty, and controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Scope of work

Our scope is defined in your written agreement. Additional trades and site-specific work can be coordinated as required. Changes requested after signing may require a written change order and may affect price and schedule.

Permits, site conditions and schedules

Permits, inspections and approvals depend on local authorities and are not guaranteed. Unforeseen site conditions, weather, material availability and approval timing can affect schedules and cost.

Photos, renderings and descriptions on this site show examples and design concepts. Your project may differ. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice. All site content, including our name and logo, belongs to Heritage Home Gyms and may not be reused without permission.
